Cancellation Policy

 Your appointment is very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please notify us by phone or text at 419.704.4246. 

 Any appointments canceled, rescheduled, or changed without at least 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. All "no shows" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Additionally, all 4-session packages must be completed within 3 weeks of the start date. 

We recognize the value of both our clients' and therapists' time, which is why we have implemented this policy. Missing an appointment not only affects our schedule but also prevents other clients from booking that time slot.

Please remember that it is your responsibility to keep track of your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. Not receiving an electronic notification from us is not a valid reason for missing an appointment. Reminders are sent via Style Seat if you choose to accept the mobile invite.

If a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control, such as a power outage, unforeseen incidents, illness, or severe weather that forces us or you to cancel during regular business hours, we will reschedule your appointment without a rescheduling fee.
